Stretch yourself a bit!
We have women and men from all walks of life coming to Kefalonia.
You might want a bit of a break, be at a crossroads, just need to chill out or
want to explore your creative dreams and find out who you really are, and just
what you are going to do with the rest of your life.
We might make secret journals,
dreamboard posters
or we might even paint our sandals!
We will have fun, eat well, rekindle, rediscover
and re-ignite our most cherished dreams.
...Midnight swims, beach barbecue, splendidly imperfect arty things,
rich juicy paints, glitter and play, music, wine, saying yes more,
listening to your intuitive voice, finding freedom, self care,
a like minded tribe, beach walking, island touring, moon gazing.

You have your first workshop the day
after you arrive from around 10 - 1 (not set in Greek stone!)
& 3 more morning workshops during the week. You will also
enjoy a beautiful creativity walk on Mounda Beach where
you will have time to yourself, do some beach combing,
find your inner voice, stretch yourself a little, swim,sit,
and see where your inner journey takes you. You'll also
have the opportunity to come back over the rocks. (Detta
will offer to pick you up if the rock-climbing
doesn't appeal!) In between you can have 1:1 coaching,
including having your Life Purpose Numbers explained,
There is also plenty of opportunity to speak with Detta
during your week, support for when you return home and
....oh yes tons of time to have impromptu fun!
