About Detta Darnell 

The idea for a creative woman and her absolute right to Dare to Dream,
has evolved and grown from so many ideas Detta has tried, thought about,
tested and discovered in the course of her lifetime. She has been a soulful
entrepreneur for over 30 years, having had several businesses from different
restaurants to hair salons, gift shops to catering operations. She has coached,
counselled, listened, written, painted, inspired and motivated anyone who has
an ache, urge or dream to uncover, rediscover, renew or rekindle a secret
dream or to find one if they have no idea what they might like to do.  If you
have a gift - and everyone does she insists - she will help you find it. 

She has lived both here in the UK and on a Greek Island for several years. 
And wherever she's been, whatever she's done, she has always come back full
circle to her overriding passion....inspiring, motivating and supporting people to
find out what they love, what they are good at and helping them to grow the belief
that they can use their gifts to live a life they absolutely love!

On her travels she always seems to attract people who still have an urge or
an ache for a bit more, people who want to do something different with their lives,
but are not sure how.  People who just for a minute dare to dream, then let
their dream slip from their grasp, dismissing it as fanciful or just wishful thinking.
Detta LOVES people like this!  "These people are the creative ones, the
ones who haven't quite let go of their dreams, they are people just like you and
me who might just need a little push, a little support, a bit of cheering, or a
small kick up the behind (a gentle one!) and a little measure of possibility
thinking and someone like me to say...'Yes you can dare to dream and
you can create a life you love" 

Detta knows in her heart that there is always a way to start living a life you
 are really jazzed by, a life you are a bit excited by, a happy life, even in the midst
of crappy times - she believes you can still feel pretty good, when you have
something you love, something you are creating, something that you really want to
do and something you are good at.  Everyone is good at something - she'll help you
find out what or cheer you on if you are struggling with aloneness.  She is a huge fan
of Barbara Sher and all of her work. Having just become the UK's first Kaizen Muse
Creativity Coach, Detta is about to begin work with Barbara Sher and her Success
Teams to bring them to the UK. 

She knows these teams and this kind of coaching works because
she's done it, and is still doing it and is absolutely well on the path of loving her life! 
Despite ups, & downs, in-betweens, lack of money, weight issues and a number of
other things that could have stopped her in my tracks...they didn't -  and as she got
into what she was passion about she found it enabled her to focus on what she loved,
carried her through the tough times and helped her deal with any worries or life
hurdles, because she has always retained some dreams! She helps others do the same.

She tells would be dreamers...." The challenges come & they go, but you can
still be creating a life you love, revisiting a daring dream, live a life you are loving,
and it's easier still when you've got a great gang around you, you don't have to feel
'stuck' for the next however many years...you can change the picture of your life,
create a new set of circumstances and start making it a life you really love, with what
you've got, and where you are, right here - right now!"

Over the years Detta has had many successes and a few failures, Some small
and some of a monumental size!  She has experienced emotional highs and lows,
grown, learnt and continues to do so. What she is passionate about most however,
is helping others discover what they love, encouraging them to do more of it and is
determined to set up an Inspirational Dreamers Success Network for all kinds of people,
from all walks of life, to get and give support and to grow their dreams - big!  

She say's "We might not have had the right families, environments, circumstances
but we always know deep down what we love.  Everyone is fine just as they are,
doing what you love just requires some nurturing, some encouragement and the
right conditions to help you grow" That is how she believes we can deal with the
crappy stuff, the busyness, the procrastination, fear, should's, have to's and whatever
else you're facing which is stopping you living your best life and the life that you want
to get up for in the morning!
